Police have determined that the 16-year-old boy’s death was a homicide. According to the Monessen School District Facebook page, the entire district was in session on Wednesday with a two-hour delay. A kid from the high school was transported by medical helicopter to the hospital owing to significant injuries. It was said in a written announcement to family and employees, explaining the two-hour delay.
