How did Olga Millette die? How the Accident Happened?
According to Cumberland Police Chief Matthew Benson, emergency personnel responded to a significant car accident on Pine Swamp Road near West Wrentham Road at approximately 11 p.m. on Monday evening. In a press release issued on Tuesday morning, Benson stated that investigators think the crash that resulted in Laboissonniere’s death occurred as the other car was fleeing the scene of a hit-and-run incident. Witnesses reported that they saw two cars traveling at high speeds when one car suddenly veered off into another lane and collided with Laboissonniere’s vehicle head-on. Tragically, both drivers were killed instantly upon impact.
Sara Laboissonniere was identified by police shortly after the accident due to her license plate number being visible at the scene of the collision; however, it took until later Tuesday for loved ones to identify Olga Millette as the second victim involved in this fatal accident. She leaves behind grieving family members and friends who are now struggling to come to terms with their sudden loss. Our thoughts are with them during this difficult time.
