Katie and her partner Steven Harnett, 25, are both suspected to have been knifed during the horrific incident, according to police.

Katie’s ex-brother-in-law said today that his sibling dated the mother for seven years and was the father of her oldest two children.

He stated that the youngsters were “on the property at the time of the incident.”
