Katelaine Fitzpatrick is the daughter of Raoul Moat. Katelaine was just 11 years old when her Father, Raoul, went on the rampage. It’s been a long time since the incident, and she has opened up about how she fears her mental health problems could be hereditary.
She still remains haunted by her dad’s death after a seven-day manhunt and fears his mental health problems could impact her.
Katelaine was whisked to a safe house where she watched her dad’s chilling sign played over and over on TV, urging officers with a threat to kill them and alerting them he would only stop when he was dead.
Fitzpatrick spoke about the incident with the Sun Online. She said she wouldn’t kill anyone, but she worries that her mental health could escalate like her dad. Due to her Father’s actions, Katelaine also faced problems in school.
Katelaine said she was bullied, and everyone used to call her “Moaty.” Furthermore, she isn’t happy about the ITV drama getting released as it will bring back all the memories.

Katelaine Fitzpatrick was born to her parents, Raoul Moat (father) and Caroline (mother). None of the media sources have given much info about Katelaine’s family, but it is reported that her mother has three young kids who seem to be Katelaine’s siblings.
Katelaine thought her mom Caroline’s ex-partner was her dad until a relative told her the truth when she was around seven years old. Later, Caroline opened up about it and said her dad was a good man.

The new ITV drama, The Hunt for Raoul Moat, focuses on the July 2010 hunt by Northumbria Police for Moat. It has been designated by ITV’s Head of Drama, Polly Hill, who will manage production on behalf of the channel.
Likewise, Moat’s character will be played by a North East actor named Matt Stokoe, who is from Durham. It airs on April 16, 17 and 18. People are eager to get more info about this case, but Moat’s daughter is worried.
